Payment information: when you pay for services, our payment processors collect card or transfer details directly. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.

Automatically collected data: IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, referring URL, and general location, collected via cookies and standard web logs to keep the site secure and understand how it is used.

To respond to consultation requests, appointment bookings, and other inquiries you submit through our website, WhatsApp, phone, or email.

To plan, provide, document, and follow up on dental treatment, including sending appointment reminders and post-treatment care instructions.

To process payments, issue invoices or receipts, and coordinate with insurance providers when you ask us to.

Website inquiries and contact form submissions are retained for up to 24 months, unless you become a patient, in which case they are added to your clinical file.

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls, secured devices, and staff confidentiality agreements. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You have the right to access, correct, update, or request deletion of the personal information we hold about you, and to withdraw consent to future processing. Clinical records that we are legally required to keep cannot be deleted before the mandatory retention period ends.
